On sites where the page content doesn't fill the viewport height, the header is not fixed to the bottom of the page.
Regardless of page content height, there should be no space between the bottom of the screen and the footer.
I tried incorrectly to fix this before.
Try one of these solutions: Sticky footers

Describe the bug
On sites where the page content doesn't fill the viewport height, the header is not fixed to the bottom of the page.
Expected behavior
Regardless of page content height, there should be no space between the bottom of the screen and the footer.
