Converts components to MDX #46

Adds stub documentation for all components using MDX.

This is a really great foundation. I've just tweaked and added some language to the documentation.

I'm wondering if we should specifically attribute https://design-system.service.gov.uk/ or other design systems that we are pulling from here, maybe in the readme?

That's a good idea - I was looking at the above as well as IBM's Carbon and the Atlassian design system.
