The dropdown component is not only used in the header/nav, but is also used in dimes and rockarch.org designs (like the "Actions" dropdown in My List mobile and the "Open page menu" dropdown for the rockarch.org table of contents mobile view).
I have added dropdown.scss styles as part of PR #93 , but right now there is no separate Storybook component.
