Replace valutafx api with fawazahmed0/currency-api #109

This is a fix for Update crawler in FetchConversionRate job #387 issue from original project repo.

Currently this code with currency convertion via Valutafx doesn't work, due Valutafx site update.

Valutafx API replaced by fawazahmed0/currency-api
