Why do we need this ?

As a GitHub App developer

I need to:

• See where to give feedback regarding the app

So That:

• We can make it better overtime and resolve any bugs

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add a feedback section to the Apps settings page
• [ ] Settings Page should redirect to our Github Issues Page
