Action Button for Helper message

Why do we need this ?

As a GitHub App developer

I need to: Execute various app commands frequently

So That: Add an button attachment to the helper message which executes some basic commands for the user and also create a command to show buttons for executing commands

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add Message action buttons to helper message
• [ ] Create a /github action command which will show all buttons for the features provided by the app

@chinma-yyy , this makes the UI look a bit crowded. Maybe we can improve upon that.
