• [x] Update Readme and make it more attractive and easy-to-read for new contributors.

• Re-positioned ReadMe elements to add a contributor section above the setup.
• Add a contributor widget hosted by Middleware that updates the contributor statistics daily and renders updated widget.

Please inquire with/approach the maintainers of RC4Community, RC4Conf, Rocket.Chat.Demo.App, Rocket.Chat.Embedded.arm64, Rocket.Chat.OpenAI.Completions.App, rocket.chat.app-poll, and EmbeddedChat projects.
