[x] Add Listener for channel messages for GitHub Repository links
[x] Extend messages containing repository link with action blocks so that users to perform mentioned actions from the message itself.

Hey @chinma-yyy . I'm halfway there working around this issue 28 in PR #45 Have a draft PR . Furthermore, I think you might be mistaken on understanding the feat we needed the one you implemented we already have that when running /github username/repo .
