feat: show proper description in command preview

As can be seen in other Rocket.Chat Apps, Polls Plus App and Figma Rocket.Chat App, the Apps Engine uses the translation in the i18n folder to provide the descriptions. Right now since we were using hardcoded description, the output is really weird. This has been fixed by conforming to the required standards.
