Create public events and invite all the users present inside a room to that event, using a simple slashcommand -
/calendar invite "Title" "Date" "Starttime" "Endtime"
This invites all the users to the event and sends the invite via e-mail. The response of all the users are recorded and sent to organizer via e-mail. Screenshot is attached for reference.
