Github Oauth setup #40

Related to #39

You should also make the commands to set this up more obvious in the app itself.

Possibly in a section under the server setup?

eg 'Set up Github Oauth' in the User configuration section?

Also like the server setup, you should not get a 'Share to gist ' button UNLESS you have Githhub Auth setup.

It's open but likely not something you can immediately jump into but feel free if you think you can.
