[New Feature] Add support for UI Kit for Facebook and WhatsApp #9

This feature will allow RASA App to push buttons to WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

Please let me know if this possible to achieve.

Hi @engahmed1190, yes, this is achievable, but the ability to send quick reply buttons to Facebook and/or WhatsApp isn't a RASA-issue, actually, the other integrations need to deal with UIKit/buttons and send it to Facebook/WhatsApp.
