Default, Disbaled Throbber misallignment #351

Description:

Default, Disabled Throbbers are positioned at the top-middle of the screen. In contrast, other components are typically aligned to the top-left side

Expected behaviour:

Default, Disabled Throbbers should be aligned to the top-left side
