chore: delete unused files #591

Brief Title

This PR deletes some of the unused files noticed in the project. It creates a separate PR to still keep a reference of the codes.

Acceptance Criteria Fulfillment

[x] Deleted packages/react/src/hooks/useGoogleLogin.js
[x] Deleted packages/react/src/hooks/useRCAuth4Google.js
[x] Deleted packages/react/src/lib/api.js
[x] Deleted packages/react/src/lib/constant.js
[x] Removed gapi package
[x] Removed js-cookie package

Hey @sidmohanty11

In this PR, I have deleted unused files and removed some unused packages from the project. Based on my testing, these files and packages do not appear to be used. If it turns out that any module requires them later, I will make the necessary changes accordingly. This PR is safe to merge.
