Choice of fonts; logo image; background images for various sections; layout modifications; custom handling of avatar and username and so on....

... are all items that communities would like to modify and MAKE IT THEIR OWN.

A game development community, for example, may want to "go wild" on stylizing their contributor's leaderboard.

Add an easy-for-end-users theming kit, with a few default sample themes.
