The GSoC leaderboard server has been unstable lately.
Unfortunately the leaderboard components have code that will crashes the entire app whenever a REST API fails. This will block any developers trying to work on the code.
We will remove the components for now. @samad-yar-khan indicated that he will fix this problem soon.
