[NEW] Add a Speaker Input form

On the Event Create form, introduce and integrate a new component which handles adding the Speakers details at the time of creating new events. Tasks to be done:

• [ ] Design a form with basic Speaker Input fields
• [ ] Create function to handle form submit, and add this data to the Open Event Server
• [ ] Integrate this component on the Event Create Page
• [ ] Test & test...
