[NEW] Improve jitsi UI and the RC Auth #86

This PR works on the feedback received from the dry run of the Community Open Call. Changes:

  1. Adds Jitsi self-view
  2. Speakers & Admin are able to view participants in the call
  3. The profile details show up even when re-opening the tab
  4. Improved UX for Starting the stream
