[BUG] Backport of Admin Dashboard Navbar is missed #94

There is a navbar that is yet to be replaced by the new Navbar in the Event dashboard. It's a very minor issue. I will be raising the PR soon for it.

@Dnouv While working on the Event create a section, I found that the Event dashboard too has an Old Menu bar which has to be replaced. So I raised the issue and solved it too. Hope I did it in the correct way. Please review it, I am looking forward to your suggestions.
