File upload not working (from most sources) #2014

Describe the bug

You are unable to chose a file you'd like to send. In the file picker they are grayed out. I was only able to send a Picture from my Dropbox, but neither from the local on phone storage or the storage or sources like Google drive.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to a chat
  2. Click on the plus icon
  3. Select Attach a File
  4. All files are grayed out, unable to select any type of file(pdf, image, txt files, apks) for sending except from Dropbox and the system gallery.

Expected behavior

You should be able to select and send every file.

Devices and Versions

Your Rocket.Chat.Android version: 3.2 (from F-Droid) Your Rocket.Chat Server version: 0.37.2

Mobile device model and OS version: Oneplus 5t (Android 9.0, Oxygen OS version 9.0.0) Oneplus 2 (Android 6.0.1, Oxygen OS version 3.6.1)

I'm experiencing the same issue after upgrading to release 73.2. I'm unable from all browsers and IOS and Win Desktop application. I get the following error attached when attempting to attach a file.

Please advise. Is there a new release to fix the issue or a setting that needs to be modified?
