[Question]Android App can't connect to Rocketchat #2446

Description:

I have the issue when using Android app to connect Rocket server, i can access rocket.chat server on desktop app, web and ios app with ssl. Android app can connect to server with non-ssl http://mydomain:3000. I config Apache SSL Reverse Proxy for rocketchat server.

Devices and Versions

Your Rocket.Chat.Android version: 3.5.0 Your Rocket.Chat Server version: 1.2.1 (RH7)

Mobile device model and OS version: Samsung Note 9 - Android 9)

I have the same issue. I can log into my Rocket.Chat server from any device and platform, except the Android apps (both regular and experimental). The iOS apps (both regular and experimental), the Windows Desktop client, and web browsers - Edge, Chrome, Firefox) all work. I can connect using the Android apps on my local network without SSL.
