Steps to reproduce

Join Videochat by clicking on "click to Join!" or starting one.

Logs

somehow I'm not able to do logs.. maybe you can refer me a tutorial which works on non-virtual android without root?

We have the same problem. Worked fine in 3.5.0.

Rocket.Chat Server 1.2.3 Pixel 2 XL Android 9

@theoneandonly-vector You do not need to have the jit.si app installed on your device to use that feature. I'm using the same Android app version as yours (3.5.1) and it is working fine on my side (as you can see here). The difference it that I'm running it on the latest server version (2.0.0-develop).

Could you try updating your server and let us now if the problem persists?

Sadly I can't just update as I'm using RocketChat for Univention Corporate Server. Which is only available as v1.2.1

I'm on 1.3.2 via snap, and the app crashes when trying to start or enter a video chat. Sadly there does not appear to be a 2.0.0 development version in the snap repo. On Android 9 with a Moto G7 Power.
