[IMPROVEMENT] Master Detail Flow of Chatrooms for Tablets #832

Currently Rocket.Chat runs on tablets, shows separate screens for Chatrooms and Individual Chatroom. But it is conventional to maintain a Master Detailed flow while working on a Tablet layout.
