Support for targeting Debian 9 (with MongoDB 3.6)
Support override of the MongoDB database via rocket_chat_mongodb_database variable
Fix some deprecated Ansible syntax and stylistic inconsistencies

@isometry why is mongodb 3.6 installed instead of the default from Debian?

Good question. We needed mongorestore --nsFrom … --nsTo … to rename relations in a migration from Rocket.Chat Cloud. I also seem to recall that I tried with the Debian packages, had problems, and decided that the Ubuntu-like approach was cleaner.
