[IMPROVE] Add support for bundling apps #117

As the compiler now supports bundling apps, the cli must also include this task in the packaging and deployment processes.

Note: this PR shouldn't be merged until the new version of the compiler the new PR with improvements gets merged as they add important developer experience adjustments.
