Allow setting groups in Apps admin panel #432

ISetting interface allows a property named section which can separate settings into groups. For the apps which have many settings, it is a very good UX if we can group the relevant settings.

Could we group the settings to make them look just like the administration settings?

This is still broken, would be great if we could get a fix! Since the value already, i guess it is intended to work.
