I have installed RocketChat on a server that is running behind a Netscaler 12.0 and was able to successfully connect to the server from iOS and Android.
I want to use Client_SSL_Certificates authentication on the Netscaler. But as I have activated it, the iOS an Android apps were unable to reconnect although a valid client certificate is installed on both devices.
I was able to connect from both devices using web browsers. So the issue seems to be related to the apps only.
Any advice on how to solve this issue?
Rocketchat Server ver = 0.65.1
iOS Rocket.Chat ver = 2.4.1
Android Rocket.Chat ver = 2.3.2
