"<" and ">" signs not parsing in monospace while sharing a photo

Describe the bug

When sending a message with picture from clipboard if you put ">" or "<" sign in monospace it remains as ">" and "<" in the message.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter desired chat
2. Type the message containing mentioned signs in monospace (message)
3. Press Ctrl+V to paste image from clipboard
4. Send the message

It should be displayed as signs

Hi,can you elaborate more on this issue because i tried to reproduce this but got no error
