Add ScreenCapture function #334

My Setup

Description

During talking about ways of use of software or explain things about desktop works, we'd often want to share screen captures or videos. To do this quickly and make this stressless, adding screen capture function would be better as installing the function into Rocket.Chat.Eelectron.

Expected Behavior

  1. Click a specific button or use shortcuts. Such as macOS screen capture.
  2. Confirmation message to upload and share pops up.
  3. Upload and share captured image or video.

Screen Capture function is really a must have one for my company... We are using a very old IM named RTX developed by Tencent, but it is not maintained any more and I am looking for a replacement, and Rocket.Chat is my favorite one.

RTX has screenshot button and our users use it everyday.

Most of our users don't know how to capture screen without IM...
