[NEW] Feature: Do Not Disturb timer for all conversations #2045

The app already has an option for turning off notifications for a room completely. However, it does not have an option for turning off notifications for a specified period of time. This feature will be especially useful when a room is very active and the user does not want to be bombarded with notifications from all the messages.

A Do Not Disturb feature should be implemented with the following times as options:

30 minutes
1 hour
2 hours
5 hours
Until tomorrow
Until next week
Custom

Pushover iOS app has this (goes up to 21 days)
