This issue has only recently emerged; About half a month ago, my iOS device had no issues. Recently, some iOS client devices are experiencing this issue, while others are not (so far, no Android phones have shown this problem). However, none of us had this issue half a month ago. Could it be related to the recent client upgrade? I have already reinstalled the client and cleared the cache, but it still doesn't seem to work.
