[FEATURE] Scan QR code to login automatically #2564

On the website on a computer you could click a button to open a QR code to scan on your phone to automatically login so you don't have to fill out connection details. You can do this with the rocketchat:// protocol, but having a QR scanner in the app on the login page would be nice.

I would like to work on this issue. Could you provide me with some more details regarding this work like necessary changes in the UI of the app, etc.
