This PR is the work done in the GSoC project Rocket Chat Javascript SDK and resolve the following problems:

Remove asteroid usage
Make the SDK portable to front-end apps (browsers, mobile like react native and etc)
Optimize the package bundle size
Remove node-rest-client usage to axios

The usage guide is on README.md of the repository.

This PR is a copy of #13 .
