LiveChat Facebook delay message #13594

Description:

There is an immense delay when I send a message from rocket chat to facebook, when sending facebook to rocket chat is immediate but on the contrary the time is immense

Server Setup Information:

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 074.3
Operating System: Debian 9
Deployment Method:tar
Number of Running Instances: 1
NodeJS Version: v8.15.0
MongoDB Version: v3.6.10

Are you using Omni service also? Just to make sure we have the full picture

Hi, @geekgonecrazy Yes I use OmniChannel API Key and OmniChannel API Secret, I tested it on 3 facebooks with the same problem

I just tested facebook in the new version 1.0.0-rc.0 and the problem continues when I send a mesangem from rocketchat to facebook the message is received after about 3 minutes
