I have absolute the same issue, and it appears often. Is there a solution for this?
My organisation is also affected by this issue.
@holzfelix I can only help you by telling you that anecdotically, fully logging out from all devices as the affected user seems to work. However, no permanent way to preventing the issue from happening again is known.
Can confirm this still happens with the latest version of Rocket.Chat Server 3.11.0 (Community Edition), Desktop Client or Browser and latest Jitsi Meet Version (installed as docker version 5390 - https://github.com/jitsi/docker-jitsi-meet/releases)
Any chance that this is going to be addressed?
I second @johanneshiry. We have the same problem with Rocket.Chat Server 3.11.0 (Community Edition).
Came here specifically to note this issue, which I see is very old. Any hope for this to be fixed?
