Clicking omnichannel icon from popover does not change the page container #17212

Description:

After clicking the omnichannel option from popover, only the sidenav gets updated. The chat window remains as it is, till we select one of the items from sidenav.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable omnichannel from administration settings
  2. Select omnichannel from popover

Expected behavior:

The omnichannel settings opens in sidenav and default page for the livechat manager opens.

Actual behavior:

Only the sidenav changes. The chat remains as it is.
