cant upload pdf and pptx - but other files load just fine

Description: I can upload approved file types except pdf, and pptx

Steps to reproduce:

uploading any pdf or pptx by clicking '+', add files from computer
select pdf file

Expected behavior: pdf file should upload to channel

Actual behavior: files, upload stays at 0%

Server Setup Information:

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.4.2
Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
Deployment Method: snap
Number of Running Instances: 1
DB Replicaset Oplog:
NodeJS Version: v12.16.1
MongoDB Version: 3.6.14

Client Setup Information

Desktop App or Browser Version: desktop app 2.17.9
Operating System: ubuntu 18 | 5.3.0-1030-aws

Additional context

Accepted Media Types image/,audio/,video/*,application/zip,application/x-rar-compressed,application/pdf,text/plain,application/msword,application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document

I join the problem. snap server 3.4.2, all file types are allowed, after the update it stopped downloading .ipa files

Server version 3.4.1 manual installation I confirm that some file types are not uploaded, although all types are allowed. failed_upload

Also happening with 3.6.0, installed with docker-compose.
