Description:

api/v1/livechat/transcript response is always in English

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure Rocket.Chat in Spanish or any other language (not in English).
2. Request an Omnichannel Transcript

Expected behavior:

When the transcript is sent, the response message is shown in Spanish.

Actual behavior:

Response message is shown in English.

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.5.0
• Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
• Deployment Method: tar
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: true
• NodeJS Version: 12.16.3
• MongoDB Version: 4.0.13

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: Chrome 83.0.4103.116
• Operating System: Windows 10

Additional context

I made some tests in Postman, so I could notice that the response in English is something related to the API.

I hope it's possible that the API will show the response in the correct language, so the user can read it correctly in Livechat.
