Livechat websocket connection failed #18756

I've enabled Omnichannel and Livechat, i've installed livechat succesfully in my application but it can't receive replies because of a websocket error. It's succesfully sending messages to the omnichannel and I can also receive the messages. I can send replies but the livechat user is not receiving them, if the page is refreshed the new messages are loaded but still no real time replies.

WebSocket connection to 'ws://localip:3000//websocket' failed: Connection closed before receiving a handshake response

and the error is coming from a Rocket.Chat.js.SDK.chunk.77365.js:1 file.
