Federation: The remote user info is incomplete and ?wrong?

Description:

In a federation scenario, the info shown about the remote user, is incomplete, and ?wrong?. Please see the below screenshot for details. This bug follows up to #18432

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new user on a local system
2. Perform federation with the user
3. Show user details on remote system

Expected behavior:

The user details show synchronize, including avatar, name, status (documented in #17201)

Actual behavior:

The following image shows the difference between the user info on the local and the remote system. The failure in showing the avatar on the local system is documented in #19040

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.6.3
• Operating System: Linux
• Deployment Method: Docker
• Number of Running Instances:
• DB Replicaset Oplog:
• NodeJS Version:
• MongoDB Version: 3.6 on local, 4.0 on remote

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: Safari/Chrome/Firefox
• Operating System: OS X
