BigBlueButton integration: No link posted in chat, voice and video call missing in mobile apps

Description:

Bigbluebutton is so much more sophisticated than Jitsi, unfortunately the implementation has serious bugs:

• When a video conference is started in the web browser, no link is posted into the chat to let others know there is a call started (like when you start it with Jitsi)- they have no ability to join

• When the BBB platform is enabled, the menu entries for "start a voice call" and "start a video call" is missing in the mobile clients. They have no chance to start a call.

Steps to reproduce:

Just negotiate the points above ...

Expected behavior:

I expect links to be posted in the room / DM chat after a call /video call has started, so others can click to join. Mobile clients should show the menu entry to start a voice call or a video call - so basically at least the same implementation level as when I enable Jitsi.

Actual behavior:

See above ... it's just not working properly right now.

Confirmed, starting a BBB meeting does not trigger any notification in the chat, it just shows a join button in a separate detached window. BBB has gained a lot of attention lately not only at locked down universities and schools, but also in the commercial training sector. So this should be given attention.

That makes a lot of sense. Why won't the mobile clients have the ability to start or join these calls? I vote YES for this feature.
