Description:

Steps to reproduce:

Set up server, configure SMTP, test SMTP (successfully), then try to "resend verification email" from the account page.

Expected behavior:

Email appears in user inbox, with clickable link to verify.

Actual behavior:

No email appears in inbox. SMTP relay account shows no evidence of an attempted send. RC interface flashes red banner in upper right corner: "Error trying to send email"
