Jitsi only works in client if "Always Open in New Window" is enabled

Description:

If "Always Open in New Window" is not enabled, then Jitsi does not open in the client version of Rocketchat, instead it only shows a blank grey box. But in the browser version it works correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Jitsi
2. Place a call in the client

Expected behavior:

Jitsi works regardless if pop out window is enabled.

Actual behavior:

Only a grey box is shown in client:

But in the browser version it properly displays the jitsi call:

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.9.0
• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Deployment Method: Docker
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• MongoDB Version: v3.6.3

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: 3.0.7
• Operating System: Fedora, Windows 10

I have the same problem, but in both browser and and Desktop App. Rocket-Chat Server version: 3.17.2

Furthermore the button "Click to join!" leads to no action. Nothing happens.
