Hi, I'm looking for that issue and I see the Tag option in Omnichannel Settings. In a couple of days we will release the 3.12 version of rocket.chat, if the problem persist after update version let me know about, please.

Steps to reproduce: Enable omnichannel and go to Omnichannel settings. Check Menu.
