Lack of Tags option for Omnichannel Manager #20877

Steps to reproduce: Enable omnichannel and go to Omnichannel settings. Check Menu.

Description:

Based on product documentation there should be an option to configure tags by livechat manager:

Expected behavior:

Tags option should be available in the Omnichannel Settings panel. 

Actual behavior:

Tags option is not available in Omnichannel Settings panel.

Server Setup Information:

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.11.1
Operating System: Docker image
Deployment Method: On-premise
Number of Running Instances: 1
DB Replicaset Oplog: rs0
NodeJS Version: v12.18.4
MongoDB Version: 4.0.12 

Client Setup Information

Browser Version: 3.11.1

Operating System: Windows 10

Hi, I'm looking for that issue and I see the Tag option in Omnichannel Settings. In a couple of days we will release the 3.12 version of rocket.chat, if the problem persist after update version let me know about, please.
