Overall height gets cutoff when E2E password message prompt appears #21555

Description:

Message box/typing box is hidden if E2E password message prompt is there at the top.

Steps to reproduce:

Logout
Login Again

Expected behavior:

The Prompt should have a cross button to close it with it having an absolute position at the top.

Actual behavior:

Server Setup Information:

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.14.0-develop
Operating System: Linux
NodeJS Version: 12.21.0 - x64
MongoDB Version:4.2.8

Client Setup Information

Desktop App or Browser Version: Google Chrome 89.0.4389.128
Operating System: Linux

I have also noticed, in development the banner comes randomly either at top or bottom
