Intergrate with Jpush #22805

Hello, I'am a loyal user in China. The most uncomfortable things for me is mobile push notification. Due to some reasons, FCM doesn't work well in China. I have done some research on this. Jpush seems work well and it has free package. I know that changing the push mode needs to change some on both client and server. Is it ok to add a choice on server to use Jpush? If ok, maybe I could try to create a pr.
