Invalid Domain Error #22951

Invalid Domain Error when user start a new livechat. This error started to appear when updating the version via snap.

Hi,

Your error says "The email domain is not in the whitelist"

Please check 'admin/Omnichannel'

Livechat Allowed Domains

Comma-separated list of domains allowed to embed the livechat widget. Leave blank to allow all domains.

Hey! Thanks for your return. I already filled in this field, but this option didn't work. It seems to me that this field is to define where the widget will appear and not which domains can use livechat.

I have the same problem with version 3.17.1
