Facebook no works ominichannel

Description:

Omnichannel does not receive messages from facebook messenger

Steps to reproduce:

1 - send a facebook messenger message 2 - leave the ominichannel key on

Expected behavior:

Join the omnichannel service queue

Actual behavior:

does not enter the queue , there are no logs , the 2 keys are set in the facebook configuration and the page is linked

NodeJS Version: 12.18.2

Hi! Was it working before and just stopped?

3.5.1 is a very old version and a lot has changed, probably on both facebook and rocket.chat.

Can you upgrade it to latest version?

Also, I would strongly advise you deploy using docker instead of tar method, as it isolate a lot of possible problems and make your environment almost equal as everyone else.

Hi, Yes it worked and stopped. I also have version 4.1.0 running in docker but it doesn't work, I don't get anything in the logs either
