User's avatar does not render properly #24937

Description:

All users avatars are not displayed correctly in the Android and iOS apps. The avatar letter is not generated. On the desktop, avatars are generated correctly. I also asked Rocket.Chat.React Native for information and they replied that the problem could be due to missing fonts on the server.

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.5.1
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Deployment Method: snap
Device Name: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold
OS Version: Android 12

got same problem using Rocket React Native 4.23.0

@feriferdinan, @raffaelone hello! Have you found the solution? Facing the same. Seems like no changes in react native app required
