LDAP Sync do nothing #25011

Hello, thank you for your beautiful software, we planned to replace our existing old Messaging.

Description:

Everything is working fine with LDAP, but when we click on Sync Now. No import of user, no error in log. User is add automatically when is successfully login with LDAP.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go on LDAP Administration
  2. Test connexion -> OK
  3. Search User -> OK
  4. Sync Now -> OK
  5. But nothing doing

We show nothing in our log or other. No import of user. We need to add crontab in our Docker or other ?

Server Setup Information:

Rocket.Chat Version: 4.5.3
NodeJS Version: 14.18.3 - x64
MongoDB Version: 4.2.19
MongoDB Engine: wiredTiger
Platform: linux
Process Port: 3000

Hello, have you solved this problem? We also collided this problem, but there are no ideas for a solution

We too have problems with syncing since we upgraded to version 4 so far no one has helped me with the problem.

Installed all versions. Synchronization works only on version 3, on version 4.5-6, synchronization does not synchronize users.
